FIRST LEGO League Explore
A hands-on, theme-based STEM program for curious young builders in grades K–4. Teams imagine, create, and share solutions using LEGO Education kits while building teamwork, creativity, and confidence.
What is Explore?
FIRST LEGO League Explore introduces children to STEM through exciting yearly themes. Students work in small teams to investigate a real-world idea, design and build a LEGO model with moving parts, and create a poster to share their learning journey.
Along the way, they practice the FIRST Core Values—discovery, innovation, impact, inclusion, teamwork, and fun—while using age-appropriate LEGO Education tools such as SPIKE Essential.
