Core Responsibilities

Team Operations & Planning

Manage weekly schedules, task planning, and ensure deadlines are met across all team activities.

Create and maintain weekly team schedules
Coordinate task assignments and deadlines
Track project milestones and deliverables
Facilitate team meetings and planning sessions

Documentation & Communication

Coordinate team roles, maintain engineering notebook, and ensure all documentation stays current.

Oversee engineering notebook maintenance
Coordinate team role assignments and rotations
Ensure documentation standards are met
Manage internal team communications

Strategy & Competition Prep

Develop match strategy, coordinate scouting efforts, and prepare drive team for competitions.

Analyze game strategy and develop match plans
Coordinate scouting activities and data collection
Train and prepare drive team members
Develop alliance selection strategies

Competition Logistics

Handle all aspects of competition logistics from registration to pit setup and travel coordination.

Manage competition registration and paperwork
Coordinate travel planning and logistics
Organize pit setup and competition materials
Liaison with competition officials and other teams

Seasonal Responsibilities

Education & Experience

University students in Engineering, Business, or Project Management
Experience in team leadership or project coordination
Background in competitive robotics or similar programs preferred
Previous experience managing timelines and deliverables

Proficiency with planning tools (Trello, Notion, Monday.com)
Experience with documentation and reporting systems
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum-like project management practices
Strong organizational and time management abilities
